Covid has changed how the world functions, with online food ordering/delivery is one of the fastest growing trends in the food industry.
Before conceptualization, I audited a few industry competitors to understand what is currently available on the market, what users like and dislike about the apps.
The categories that I did my analysis on includes the navigation system, user flow, app features, accessibility and overall visual design.
The aim is to improve the overall experience and make it easier for people to browse and save time when ordering take-out to accommodate their busy lifestyle.
